The Forage @enlighten_canberra returns tonight!! Featuring some of our favourite wholesale customers, @frickenau and @missvansfood (among other awesome local Canberra vendors!)
What's more is Miss Van's have created a new Lao sausage banh mi for their Forage menu, with the star ingredient made in our butcher shop! A pork sausage with a blend of 'jungle' spices in a banh mi featuring the usual trimmings, it's one not to miss this Forage!
So come on down and support the incredible local food and beverage lineup this year while taking in the spectacular illuminations of the Enlighten Festival!!
