No this isn't a photoshop it's Purple wombok! (otherwise know as red Chinese cabbage) It is much more tender and sweet compared to traditional Chinese cabbage and adds a fantastic hit of colour and flavour to salads, Stir-fry’s, soups and a range of Asian dishes. If you are a Kimchi fan, purple wombok is going to set yours apart from everyone else's and help spruce it up!
